Best dealer service department ever!!! The personalized service I recently received from Klaben Lincoln in Kent, Ohio was BY FAR the best dealer service i have ever received!! And I have be The personalized service I recently received from Klaben Lincoln in Kent, Ohio was BY FAR the best dealer service i have ever received!! And I have been driving for 48 years!! I had taken my 2009 Lincoln MKZ in for recall service due to the faulty Tanaka air bags. Even though this service did not cost me one cent and the service department was particularly busy that morning, I was treated with the utmost respect and attention for which I could have hoped!! The moment I drove in, I was welcomed and greeted AT THE DOOR!! My service technician, Joe French, was finishing with another customer and immediately brought me to his counter and processed my paperwork. The waiting room was very clean and spacious. Mr French had PERSONALLY called me to inform me that they had a replacement airbag available that he would hold for me and squeezed me into his already busy schedule!! The entire job only took about 90 minutes - NO loaner car needed!! I’d give more stars if I could!! - John Tomei More

Battery died Got my car in for service. They couldn't explain why The battery died. Even with all the testing. No computer errors. Suggested to drive it and if i Got my car in for service. I am reassured that the replacement parts are correct and of the best quality. They are always willing to work with my schedule and to secure alternate transportation should I need it. The staff respectfully listens to my concerns and follows through on explaining the details of the problems to me. They treat my 2004 Taurus wagon with the same TLC and respect as they would a 2019 Lincoln! That's a class act! More

Great Service, as always. I love dealing with Joe at Klaben's Service center. He's always kind, and keeps me updated with when my car will be done. I work someplace where I can I love dealing with Joe at Klaben's Service center. He's always kind, and keeps me updated with when my car will be done. I work someplace where I can get parts and do normal maintenance/upkeep, but my car was recently in for a recall repair, and I had a couple things checked at the same time. Dealing with Klaben's service is always so simple, I just went ahead and had them do "The Works" and an alignment as well. They don't pressure me into any extra work that isn't necessary and they get it done quickly. More
