They have a drive in service department (first one I ever seen) which caught me by surprise and was not sure what to do. But once inside the service personnel could not have been more helpful and I was immediately directed the the next available service writer who was as pleasant as they come. The service that was to performed was completed in a timely fashion and done in a very professional manner. The service technicians are among the best in the industry. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and my vehicle was returned in a clean condition. You would never know that it had been in for service. I would strongly recommend Carman Ford Lincoln for any service work on your Ford product. Last comment - "OUTSTANDING SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND PERSONNEL" More
