Joe Micoletti and the other agents involved were extremely helpful in answering all our questions, answered many different questions about many different cars. Getting out the door with our new WRX was overall a pretty quick and painless process (as quick a buying a new car can be), process took about one afternoon (after we decided which vehicle we wanted). Would recommend a Subaru to anyone, they are affordable and reliable whether new or used. Would recommend this dealership to anyone! Love the luxuriously upgraded new facility, didn't mind at all waiting in the nice new customer "lounge" area. Also wanted to give a shout out to my previous sales employee who sold me my 2013 Subaru BRZ, Bob Wilson. Thanks everyone! More
