Matt Mapp assisted us with a purchase in 2019 and it was so easy that we didn’t even think of looking anywhere else when our vehicle needs changed in 2020. Due to COVID-19, we were able to complete this purchase completely over the phone. When the vehicle was delivered, we were happy to see the Delivery Concierge wearing a protective mask and gloves. We even signed the paperwork while adhering to the social distancing guidelines. This is not our first purchase from Toyota of Cleveland nor will it be our last. 1) They truly give you the best price 2) have amazing customer service before and after the sale 3) make what is typically a dreadful task into something that is super quick and easy. More

Salesman did not know much about the vehicle I purchased. I had a good experience with dealership the salesman was really nice. He took the extra step to clean our vehicle when we decided on a purchase price. I think that the detail guys should stay until the last customer. I spend $49000.00 dollars on 2018 BMW. I think my vehicle should Have looked brand new when we walked out With it. I think when we made the final deal It Should have gone back to the service department and they should have started working on it the dentail people may have still been there. Instead of the salesman filling out paperwork..we drove e a hr and 10 min. Get purchase this vehicle. They did offer us to come back another 1 hr and 10 min drive to detail it but I am not driving back to have it detailed they could send me a $150.00 to take it to a local person to have detailed or a Bmw dealership to have detailed inside and out. More
