TOYOTA OF ROCKWALL GREEN PACKAGE SCAM After three weeks of calling and emailing Toyota of Rockwall, starting on March 8th, about my issue regarding their Green Package scam on a recently purchased ca weeks of calling and emailing Toyota of Rockwall, starting on March 8th, about my issue regarding their Green Package scam on a recently purchased car and asking for their help, but getting a severe lack of basic customer service, I posted the below as a review. In less than 24 hrs, on March 29th, I was called by the sales manager, Corey Thomas, who said my review was really harsh and that if I took it down, I would have his word that he would remedy my wheels and PDR issue. Here we are, almost 6 weeks after he made a verbal commitment to make the situation right, and he has ignored my emails and phone calls asking him when he was going to follow though on his word. Be warned when working with this shady stealership! My original review… TOYOTA OF ROCKWALL GREEN PACKAGE SCAM When I was looking at vehicles, I was told that all cars came with a Green Package that included many items like wheel replacement or repair, paintless dent repair, tint repair, oil changes, etc. You can find this on all the window stickers on the lot. I was told that in no way could this package be removed from the sale as all cars had it and what a benefit it was to have these items. In February I reached out about the PDR and was told I don't have that listed on my car. I was told to call the guy who did the finance portion, as it must have been missed, and he said I did not have it so I asked him to speak with my salesman, who has stated even after the purchase that all of these items are included with all cars sold and the Green Package cannot be removed as it was on the sticker on the window. In March I hit a pothole, which bent my wheels, so I scheduled a time to come in to have it repaired or replaced, per the Green Package I was promised. I was called back two days later and told the wheels are not covered and to come get my car, yet the salesman texted me a picture of the items that were included with the Green Package and it states, "2 year replacement of damaged tire/wheel." I have reached out to Toyota of Rockwall with four emails to the Director of Finance and the Director of Used Cars over a 3 week period with no resolution or communication directly from these men. I even offered to come to them to discuss but nothing. Hoping this will help alert others of the scams they are pulling when you try to get service for the extras they tell you come with your purchase. Note: The oil changes are valid and I have been able to get those for free that was included with the Green Package. My salesman was wonderful during the sale and has also been behind me 100% with what was included but unfortunately, he cannot control what finance did after he passed me off to them. The man who did the financing called once after more than two weeks of me emailing everyone involved but I was not available. The day after I called him back and left a message and again two days after that, since he didn’t call back, but his voicemail was full so I sent an email to everyone again but still silence. More

Service advisor Chris was lousy at returning phone calls or replying to text message with questions about service to my vehicle while they’re in the shop. There was discrepancies about me owning $100 deduct or replying to text message with questions about service to my vehicle while they’re in the shop. There was discrepancies about me owning $100 deductible for my service, which was told that would have been waived if I brought the vehicle back to you guys. The service manager did make a good call to have in waived and I was able to pick up my vehicle. The next day I got a call from Joel which was very apologetic for the confusion and explained what happened and assured me that everything would be correct on my next visit More

I am tired of the car wash not being open, Covid isn’t a valid reason any longer. I have had a note left in my car with a man’s number, very uncomfortable. I had a positive experience at Rockwall Toyota. Their customer service was excellent, and they seemed genuine in helping me to find a vehicle at the best price for me. The sales team was easy to work with, friendly, and they did not try to push upgrades. The financing team was willing to accommodate me and work a deal that made sense. I will purchase again from this dealership in the future. More

I've purchased 4 new vehicles from this location. However, this will be my last. My sales person entered the the wrong VIN # and entered into the DOT database. I still don't have my tags and November However, this will be my last. My sales person entered the the wrong VIN # and entered into the DOT database. I still don't have my tags and November 4th will be a year owning my new truck. No one from Toyota has called and gave me any status updates. I'm the only who had to call. I guess customer service isn't important, only vehicles sold. My wife and I will not be returning, I'm honestly thinking about moving my services to another Toyota dealership as well. More

This dealership is known from taking your money and leaving you with a real bad selling experience I bought a vehicle from them, after I started questioning myself about service agreements and expres leaving you with a real bad selling experience I bought a vehicle from them, after I started questioning myself about service agreements and express green bundle which they add to all vehicles I noticed they have no clue how that works and keep telling you to read the contracts to read how it works, nowhere in my paperwork or their webpage has instructions or details of their 3000 dollar program they are not honest and definitely unethical when it comes to make a sell the right way More
