There was a misunderstanding that took place during the sales process but was worked out by John and Dick along with others. After a discussion with Dick O'Malley things were cleared up. Armond was awesome and throughly explained everything about the transaction and the new truck I purchased. The guys on the sales side not so good at explaining details. They sent over what I owed all in about the transaction and the new truck I purchased. The guys on the sales side not so good at explaining details. I even went over with Josh on the phone on the total amount due but they still added an extra registration fee which was never discussed or listed on the paper which was emailed to me. I would strongly recommend Armond because he went out of his way make sure the customer was satisfied. He even gave me his business card to call with any questions on the truck. Nothing from the sales folks which I guess I was just a transaction for them. More
