Rhonda is at the front desk and she is always willing to chat when I’m waiting for something. Even the ones that I don’t really know always say hi every time I come in. I always seem to be up there, getting oil changes for either car, buying a new car, or just getting some random service done. But every time I am there, I am always treated with so much respect and generosity. And now, 3 cars later, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tri-State Ford, for always taking care of me. And I HIGHLY recommend using this dealership. They are seriously amazing people! More

Dean Mead is by far the best sales representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, much less doing business with. Honesty, integrity, and service are his strong suit. The same can be said for John Justice as well. John is an amazing GM, never have I meet a more personal general manager of a dealership that gives someone the time of day regardless of making a sale or not. No hassles got right down to business and got us in the truck we wanted. Great guy. Receptionist Rhonda Rose was Great to work with and made sure we had anything we needed she was wonderfull and a pleasure to talk to. A very charming happy upbeat person. Brian Humphrey in finance made sure everything in the contract was exactly as staed during the buying process and informed us of gap insurance and extended warranty that could be added into our note during purchase, a pleasure to deal with also. we had a great no hassle experience with All of Tri State Fords Staff. this is our 2nd purchase here and we will return. More
