From my thirty years in the automotive parts business my message to individual shops is service is 85% of the job. The shop can control the 15% inside the shop but without service you have no need for bays message to individual shops is service is 85% of the job. I brought my 2021 Trail Boss in for service. Technic Angel Torres worked on my truck. He is awesome when it comes to add ones for my truck.
