This visit was the best Ive had at Toyota Direct. Usually when I pull in there are a dozen employees milling about but there are no or few customers in the bays but I have to wait for a service rep t Usually when I pull in there are a dozen employees milling about but there are no or few customers in the bays but I have to wait for a service rep to approach me. On this visit Jonathan greeted me immediately. He quickly took in my vehicle and at the end of the service even walked me to the lot to show me where my car was located. He was excellent. More
