Andy M - Honda Civics We bought two vehicles. We made our deal on the internet with Caitlin. Caitlin was very good at contacting me with any questions I had through email We bought two vehicles. We made our deal on the internet with Caitlin. Caitlin was very good at contacting me with any questions I had through emails. There was only a confusion on colors of the vehicles. When we actually came in to sign the deal, we dealt with John. John helped and explained all the little situations that came up. He took care of things immediately when needed and explained things when he had no control on things. He is very personal and I would definitely recommend him. We enjoyed our time with him in dealing with our purchases. We had made an appointment for signing and it took well over an hour and a half to actually get in for signings. We had made the appointment knowing we had plans for later and the deaership new we had these plans. This made us feel like our time was not as important as the deslerships time. If it wasn't for John, the time waiting would have been overbearing. Once we got in for signing, the person (sorry I forgot his name), explained everything that was need. He new we were running late and helped with the time to get us out. When we did get the 1st vehicle, there was a broken tail light (oversight in details). John did take care of this right away and got it in for replacement. Overall, the price was great, Caitlin was good, John was and perfect for us, and the dealership's service to us was lacking a bit. More

Amazing Expierence! I came into the dealership looking to purcahse a car in less than a week. John was my sales person. He found me a car in just a few hours. He did not I came into the dealership looking to purcahse a car in less than a week. John was my sales person. He found me a car in just a few hours. He did not give up until he found one that meet all my needs. We had a couple of bumps in the road getting the car registered. John communicated with me the entire time until the car was registered. He also was able to give me a loaner car until the car was registered which was a life saver. From start to finish it was an amazing experience.
