Amazing service! Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru’s. He was able to answer all of my questions, and was also able to figure out which Ascent would work Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru’s. He was able to answer all of my questions, and was also able to figure out which Ascent would work with what I was looking for. John was great as well, the car I decided on they didn’t have at this store, so they searched other Subaru dealerships. The car I wanted didn’t exist, both John and Anthony were very apologetic since they knew building was not what I wanted to do as I would have no car during that time (my car was no longer). We talked it over and decided I could figure it out to get the car I wanted for my family. Anthony sat down with me and went over every option available and explained the ones that were exclusive to Subaru. During the time the car was being built they were great at communicating with me. The day I picked up my car they made sure that I had the accessories I wanted in the car, we added the window shades in 2nd and 3rd row. They explained that would add sometime if we wanted them done that day, and again communicated how much longer while we waited. Curt made sure we understood everything we were signing and explained it thoroughly. We didn’t feel pressured into getting anything we didn’t want. This is the second car we have bought from Tucson Subaru and I am sure it won’t be our last! Thank you Anthony, John and Curt, we appreciate everything you have done for us! More
