I had an idea that I wanted a WRX, but it wasn’t until the test drive where I found out all the benefits this car had to offer. I knew it was a 2018 but I was impressed with, not only the car, but with the fact that Anthony knew everything about it and was able to show me how to use everything after I closed my deal. Jennifer made my car leasing process so easy for me (first time leasing). Not only was it the car I wanted but they were able to accommodate my financial needs as well to make this dream happen. Very happy all the way around. More

Good customer service can go a long way We had recently had a negative interaction with this dealer but when this was brought to the attention of the management they took the time to listen We had recently had a negative interaction with this dealer but when this was brought to the attention of the management they took the time to listen and address all the concerns. They went over and beyond to not only fix the concerns but ensure that rest of the purchasing experience of our new family vehicle was wonderful. All businesses and employees can have goof ups at some point is how they chose to handle the situation once there is a problem that is identified. This dealer and specifically this company went over and beyond to address what was identified as a problem, to me that is what matters most. I would recommend this dealer and these employees. More

It was my first new vehicle purchase in 17 years, and I must say, Ken Murch and the folks at Tucson Subaru were a real pleasure to deal with. They worked with me to arrange a finance plan that fit my budget. Their assistance was top notch, no pressure whatsoever, and very thorough in explanations of all the features of my new vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure, and it was an enjoyable dealing with these folks. More
