Glad I stopped in I had never thought of purchasing a Subaru. But when car shopping I remembered I had a friend that worked there. So we visited Tucson Subaru and I am I had never thought of purchasing a Subaru. But when car shopping I remembered I had a friend that worked there. So we visited Tucson Subaru and I am glad we did. They have catchy radio commercials but they do not need them because the customer service and price were excellent. They were patient with my wife and I as we decided what to purchase over the course of a few days. Steve was great to work with. Overall I am glad I stopped in and I would recommend them to anyone. More

Wonderful car buying experience My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - which we couldn't love more. The entire experience was very honest, incredibly low-pressure and quite enjoyable. Curt McHenry was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us the information we were looking for on the model comparisons, and his patience made us feel like we could take all night to make our decision (and we almost did - we were the last ones to leave, after closing time - but not one person made us feel rushed). Traci in finance was very pleasant and honest with us, and made us feel comfortable and allowed us the time to discuss the decisions - no pressure. Even so, it was the most efficient and smooth new car contract process i have ever experienced! And John Petersavage, thanks for making us feel like one of the family - you have a great team, and please forward our thanks to Rocky! Steve Willis gets an assist for stepping in when Steve Norris was tied up with customers. The meeting with the Sales Manager (John Petersavage) was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in 40 years of car shopping - he was degrading, demeaning, and attempted to retrade the agreed-to transaction. My wife and I could not believe the accusations he made regarding our integrity. Steve Norris saved the transaction and deserves massive kudos for us buying our second Subaru. More

Wonderful I went to the dealership to look at a BRZ! They were so easy going and helpful that I ended up buying a 2015 WRX STI Limited and the 2015 BRZ Series B I went to the dealership to look at a BRZ! They were so easy going and helpful that I ended up buying a 2015 WRX STI Limited and the 2015 BRZ Series Blue edition. I have purchased many cars ( I'm over 50 ) and I have never been to a dealership that is so well structured , from floors sales to management in such a way as to make the buyer feel relaxed and non pressured. No games! Great place to do business I was shopping for a new WRX and looking to trade in another vehicle. I contacted Tuscon Subaru by email regarding a car listed on their website and Curt McHenry followed up with me shortly afterwards. I told Curt about my trade in right up front and what I would need for it. I asked for his best price on the new car and told him that it needed to be a great price to entice me to drive the 4 1/2 hours one way to make the trade. He exceeded my expectations on the price of the new car and made me an offer on the trade that was withing $500 of where I needed to be. My wife and I traveled to Tucson and were met by the General Manager to value my trade in. He gave me the extra $500 that I was asking for the trade! These folks are straight up and don't play games. I highly recommend them even if you have to travel. More

TUCSON SUBARU - ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER I STARTED MY CAR SEARCH BY DOING MY RESEARCH THROUGH CONSUMER REPORTS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINIT I STARTED MY CAR SEARCH BY DOING MY RESEARCH THROUGH CONSUMER REPORTS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINITY FX35 SUV. I NARROWED MY SEARCH DOWN TO 4 THAT I FELT BEST FIT MY NEEDS AND WERE TOP RUNNERS IN THE CONSUMER REPORTS STUDIES. I DROVE EACH CAR I WAS CONSIDERING AND WEIGHED MY OPTIONS CAREFULLY. THE CARS I TESTED INCLUDED THE TOYOTA PRIUSV HYBRID, MAZDA CX-5, SUBURU CROSSTREK HYBRID AND THE SUBARU FORESTER. MY FINAL CHOICE WAS THE 2015 SUBURU FORESTER 2.5i LIMITED MODEL. I LOVE THIS CAR! NOT ONLY DOES IT HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES I WANTED INCLUDING LEATHER SEATS, POWER DRIVER SEAT, NAVIGATION, POWER REAR DOOR, MOON ROOF, BUT IT HAS THE NEW EYESIGHT DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEM WHICH BRINGS SAFETY TO A NEW LEVEL. I FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR! I LOVE THE WAY IT DRIVES AND THE VISIBILITY IS FAR BETTER THAN ANY CAR I'VE EVER DRIVEN. I WAS WORRIED GOING FROM LUXURY TO A MORE ECONOMICAL CAR WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME, BUT I AM GETTING MUCH MORE FOR MY MONEY AND AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THIS CAR HAS JUST AS MUCH LUXURY FOR ABOUT $10,000 LESS THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR A NEW INFINITY. EVEN THOUGH I HAD DECIDED ON THE FORESTER, I WAS WILLING TO WALK IF I DIDN'T FEEL SATISFIED WITH THE FINAL DEAL. I HAD SEVERAL OTHER OPTIONS THAT I WAS CONSIDERING, BUT I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THE FORESTER WORK. AFTER A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF NEGOTIATION I GOT THE DEAL I WANTED AND AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I GOT A FAIR TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY INFINITY AND THEY DISCOUNTED THE PRICE OF THE CAR ENOUGH TO HIT MY GOAL FOR FINANCING. EVERYONE I WORKED WITH AT TUCSON SUBARU WAS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND WORKED HARD TO GIVE ME THE DEAL I WANTED. IT TRULY WAS AN EASY AND FAST EXPERIENCE. MY SALES PERSON - KEVIN WOESSNER WAS THE BEST. I LOVED HIS NO PRESSURE, GOOD LISTINER APPROACH AND HE REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS GETTING AND HOW IT COMPARED TO OTHER MODELS I WAS CONSIDERING. I WANT TO POINT OUT HE DIDN'T JUST TALK THE DIFFERENCES HE SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENCES BY GOING ONLINE AND PROVING HIS POINTS. I TRUSTED HIM FROM THE BEGINNING AND HE IS PART OF THE REASON I FINALLY WENT WITH TUCSON SUBARU. MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRACI IN FINANCE WAS GREAT AS WELL, SHE HELPED ME COME TO SOME GOOD DECISIONS ON EXTRA WARRANTY AND PROTECTION OPTIONS BY WORKING WITH ME TO UNDERSTAND MY PAST CAR HISTORY AND WHAT MADE THE MOST SENSE FOR ME. Our Third Subaru - Best Experience So Far Our first Subaru was purchased in Pittsburgh, PA, (2005) our second in Tucson through Emich (2008) and our third yesterday at Tucson Subaru. All in a Our first Subaru was purchased in Pittsburgh, PA, (2005) our second in Tucson through Emich (2008) and our third yesterday at Tucson Subaru. All in all, Alan Ferlan, with the negotiating guidance of John Petersavage, made this last experience the most satisfying of all. Even though it took us basically the entire day to ask our endless barrage of questions and decide between Wonderful Outback A and Wonderful Outback B, Alan was consistently patient, upbeat and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the price of our new vehicle and feel as though the Tucson Subaru team will be available to answer and questions and address any needs that may arise. In addition, Traci Roberts was superb in her financial explanations and suggestions as we applied for our loan. Honestly, everyone we came in contact with was just terrific. Thank you!
