We made three visits before making up our minds and the two sales reps we worked with (Trent Nichols and Joe Micoletti) were nothing but helpful. We’ve never had a dealership let us take a car home to see how well it fits into our garage. By the way, this dealership is very *dog-friendly; we were told to bring our dog back with us so she wouldn’t be left on her own for too long. Tim Hanson made the business of filling out the reams of paperwork if not quick at least a short as possible. Joe Micoletti the sales manager John Petersavage called us personally the following day to make sure everything went well and we were happy with our decision. We were also introduce to two of the folks from the service department; we've never had that happen before. Actually we were so impressed with the Subarus that we bought a Forester for me and my wife got herself an Outback. More

I've had horri Wow, great service and our sales consultant, Sean Johnson, was great! I'm EXTREMELY leery of dealerships, and car salesmen/consultants. I've had horrible experiences in the past. I've had vehicles sold to me way over blue book, attempted to purchase an SUV and been pushed at to buy a car, been given "we owe yous" that have never been fulfilled etc. This was great. Sean was great, and both managers were respectful, followed up on calls, and looked everywhere, including outside their dealership, to find the right car for me! I was not the easiest customer for these guys. It took me forever to make up my mind, and I still changed it multiple times even after a deal was practically accepted. Sean handled all the stress I gave him like a champion, but I think I made him sweat a little. This is a five star dealership! If I could give any recommendation on how to improve service, I would simply ask the dealership to not drag time out. I came from three hours away and was exhausted by the time I had the car and was driving home. That however, does not negate the respectful way in which I was treated. Thank you Tucson Subaru; thank you Sean Johnson! More

Nothing to fear - immediately at ease through an experienced and knowledgeable staff from John to Steve to Traci. Their presentation was clear, concise and straight forward. Alternatives and options were offered willingly and I had a sense of fair dealing that led to the lease of a 2015 Legacy. I hope I am now off on the next fourteen years without having to get a new car but if that is not the case I will head right back down to Tucson Subaru. More

Outstanding Buying Experience Everybody I worked with at Tucson Subaru was extremely professional from when I first contacted them until well after my purchase was complete. I Everybody I worked with at Tucson Subaru was extremely professional from when I first contacted them until well after my purchase was complete. I began my shopping experience by looking online. Because I live a couple hours away from Tucson, I wanted to make sure what my options were before driving into town. I was able to call and email over a 2 or 3 day time period to make sure I knew what my options might be when I could drive into town. When I was hitting the road to drive up to Tucson, I gave them a call and they held the vehicle I was interested in so that nobody else could test drive or buy it before I arrived. When I got to the dealership (late on a Friday evening) I was pleased to see that the person I had worked with over the phone had stayed late to make sure I was received well. Both vehicles I had expressed interest in were out the back side of the dealership waiting fore me to test drive them. After my purchase, I explained my situation and that I needed to get my new title more quickly because my family and I are moving soon. They expedited my paperwork and had my new title FedEx'd to me overnight in order to make sure I had my paperwork in my possession in time for our move. I absolutely recommend Tucson Subaru for anybody in the market right now for a vehicle. They will go out of their way to make your car-buying experience a positive one. -David More
