This was our third purchase of a Subaru Forester, we previously owned a 1998 and a 2013. All the folks at Tucson Subaru were great, especially CJ Nichols, who worked with us on the details of the purchase. No haggling over the price or the trade-in. CJ thoroughly explained all the options available to us, and kept us posted as our new car was being delivered. On the day of our purchase, everything went smoothly -- our trade-in, explaining the various features of our car, etc. We were very pleased with the whole process. It couldn't have gone better. More

He gave us regular updates while our new car was enroute to the dealership, and sure enough, the car arrived on schedule (a pleasant surprise). When we made the appointment to pick up the car, Mike explained the process thoroughly so we'd know what to expect. And when we did get the car, Mike patiently went through all the features, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before driving off. Curt McHenry in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. He went through all the paperwork very clearly, and made the process stress-free.
