He was always a gentleman, took all the time we needed to explain all the features of each model/trim that we were interested in. He was never pushy or condescending. He knew all the features and options and how they worked. After our purchase, he kept track of our order and called with updates frequently on the status of delivery. On delivery day, he picked us up at our home (we had already sold our old vehicle) and went over all the features again with us. What extraordinary service!! More
