Andy is our "go to guy" when looking for cars for the past 6-7 Hondas for our family. I believe this Passport is our 12th car from Don Ayres! Andy is not only personable and checks in with us from time past 6-7 Hondas for our family. I believe this Passport is our 12th car from Don Ayres! Andy is not only personable and checks in with us from time to time on our cars; but is also very courteous, professional and patient for an indecisive buyer like me! It was really hard to choose between the CRV that I love or the Passport so he helped us weigh out the pros and cons based on what we wanted in a car for our future with no pressure! He wanted us to be confident in our purchase and made sure to help us get aquainted with all the new features! We know we can call him anytime with questions - as well as our service department favorite - Jeremy. We are big time Honda fans! More

I am very upset. I bought my car at Don Ayers and they are known to be a good dealership. They are nice but I have issue with my car and since they cannot reproduce what I know is wrong with my car they are known to be a good dealership. They are nice but I have issue with my car and since they cannot reproduce what I know is wrong with my car they charged me to do a transmission flush instead. They give me the run around blame it on someone else they can't find anything so they had said they sent it to Honda but did they really. Been 1 week get the same I am sorry we are still waiting. Don't worry your car is under warranty. I spoke to the repair shop first got no where. Then I went and spoke to Bill Hulwick used car sales manager and Carlo Borg also used car sales manager but the one that spoke qas Bill. He asked me my issue i told him and he called the service department. Then he told me I just have to wait and see what they say and don't worry ur car is under warranty. I got thst from service too the its safe to drive it is under warranty. That is not the point I dont want my car to break down and I am stuck without my car. So, I decided to email Sara Ayers the president of the company she never responded. I emailed also the General Manager John Watkins he kept trying to say they can't do anything if they can't reproduce what I am saying. Well, I went to a transmission shop and how come they could tell me what was wrong with my transmission just by driving and listening to my car. If I were u I would be very careful if u decide to buy a car from them they make u think they will always help you. That is a lie they only want your money. They should have done way more especially since I told them I went to such and such and they told me this. They do not care that I am going on here and telling everyone I told them I would tell everyone and I am. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More

Excellent service We have owned 5 Honda vehicles covering a 20 year span more or less and have been pleased with everyone of them. I have been widowed for over 3 years We have owned 5 Honda vehicles covering a 20 year span more or less and have been pleased with everyone of them. I have been widowed for over 3 years and when I take my Honda Pilot in for service, I feel confident they look after me and up front with me when anything is recommended that needs attention with my vehicle when taken in for yearly oil change and any other maintenance needed and do not try to add things that aren't needed. More

Rick Kruger was amazing. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy like many salesmen that I’ve dealt with in the past. 5 stars would Definitely recommend. Oil ans filter change. Tire rotation Kevin Capelli scheduled the appt for me and Doug Settle took care of my car. Has everything done by the time he said it would be ready washed my car as an added bonus and pulled it around for me to pick up when I arrived. He is very kind and professional, always provides excellent customer service. John Watkins also assisted with some cleaning of stains on my seats and went above and beyond to help me out. More
