Best Dealership Experience! I have come to Summit Place about five times looking for a car. Every time, I was unable to buy due to problems with my credit and a lack of down paym I have come to Summit Place about five times looking for a car. Every time, I was unable to buy due to problems with my credit and a lack of down payment. The first time, Herb Robinson sat down with me and went over my credit report, giving me tips on how to raise my credit and fix my student loan debt. He told me to come back after working on my credit and told me he could help. Fast forward to a year later, my current car died on me and I was left between a rock and a hard place. My first thought was to check with the guy's at Summit Place and see what they could do for me. I worked with David Lee (who I had a great experience with another time) who put in an entire day, working with me to get approved for a used Soul. Not only did he work with me for about twelve hours, he even stayed late and never once made me feel like I was holding him up. A+ customer service! I never felt like I was getting sold on something that I didn't want and David made sure to coach me on how to make the most of my car loan. Similarly, every single person working at the dealership was kind, welcoming, and extremely friendly. Everyone who works there feels like a friend who has your back. I've only had the car for a couple days but I have recommended this dealership to everyone I know. I can safely say I'll always drive a Kia and I'll ALWAYS buy from Summit Place! More
