The dealership, my sales rep Alex and finance manager handled the deal with professionalism and worked out the deal I wanted for the new car and my trade in. They were transparent and fair throughout the handled the deal with professionalism and worked out the deal I wanted for the new car and my trade in. They were transparent and fair throughout the process. Finance went through all the final numbers for the sale and made sure I understood everything before I left. I was also able to leave with the car the same day. The instructional session I had with the tech was helpful and professional. I also left some important documents in my trade in by accident and they were kind enough to let me know 2 days after I bought the new car instead of discarding them. Definitely had a good experience at the dealership. More

Sometimes the car shopping experience can be overwhelming and stressful, but am glad I bought my MDX at Rallye Acura. My salesperson Danny Park was attentive, patient, transparent, and all around a great gu and stressful, but am glad I bought my MDX at Rallye Acura. My salesperson Danny Park was attentive, patient, transparent, and all around a great guy. With Danny, the relationship didn't end when I bought the car and when it is time for my next vehicle, he will be my first stop. Also grateful to the larger team who are making my buyer experience a great one, including Jonathan, Joe, Chad and Robert. I look forward to continuing to service my Acura vehicles at Rallye! More

After seeing that my pre owned RDX had a chip in the windshield glass and there were cracks and deep scratches in the bumper before I drove the car off the lot, Danny the salesman said not to worry, we windshield glass and there were cracks and deep scratches in the bumper before I drove the car off the lot, Danny the salesman said not to worry, we will replace both items. Upon my return Abid called in the Asst. Mgr. Jonathan, to try and go back on doing the repairs. The Asst. Mgr, Jonathan agreeded on replacing the windshield and said no to the bumper replacement. A 30 minute arguement followed. How insulting and uprofessional. Then and only then did the Asst.MGR - Jonathan agree to replace the bumper. I was confronted with this is a pre owned CAR, What Do You Expect !!! This is my 3rd RDX, two at Rallye. AND MY LAST AT Rallye. I will go to Anthony at Acura in Huntington wher I am treated with courtesy and respect. More
