First time serviced at Russ Darrow and very poor
experience with customer service. Oil change, tire rotation, and fluid changes at 9:15, I didn't leave until 12:00. I saw my car waiting outside done

I saw my car waiting outside done, when I went looking for Jon, I found him sitting with my keys on his desk. Then he tells me they didn't replacement the fluids which took an additional 30 mins. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
