As a first time client with Honda Universe, I must say, these folks are amazing with all the things that they do! I came here for a "quick" A/C check-up due to an issue that was starting to come back from these folks are amazing with all the things that they do! I came here for a "quick" A/C check-up due to an issue that was starting to come back from a cooling/heating failure I had last year (which the condenser/compressor was recently replaced under warranty a year ago). Since my lease was coming to an end, I haven't made up my mind whether to fully pay it off or lease another. Until I was introduced to an agent whom willing without any pressure, spread out my options. Within two hours (literally!), I drove off with a brand new car on a new lease. If a sign&drive was a person, this is who you want to meet. Couldn't be any happier knowing my AC/Heating will be working this summer into winter. I don't often say this to people, but if you're in the market for a new car without any sales pitch and forceful pressure - check these guys out! They will definitely work with you! More
