Jose the internet manager had an awesome personality and seemed open and honest. Post sale, a couple issues with the car I purchased showed up and wasn’t disclosed when I asked about damage to the vehicle. seemed open and honest. Post sale, a couple issues with the car I purchased showed up and wasn’t disclosed when I asked about damage to the vehicle. It was explained to me that the used car purchaser may have missed it, but hardly seems like a legitimate excuse. It may have been the truth, and Jose may have missed it too due to it being dark outside. However, I think it’s important for the dealer to know exactly what they are selling, in the exact condition so that the buyer can make the best decision, or negotiate for an offset in cost so I can replace the damaged pieces on my own time. I called Jose to see if the bumper can be reseated with new clips(missing clips and not secure), along with replacing a broken bumper garnish. Unfortunately Jose has yet to get back to me. Based on Jose’s interactions with me on the night of the sale, I would’ve given a 5 star rating, however leaving the dealership and my tire going flat within 10 minutes, along with finding these bumper issues a few days later, then a lack of urgency to follow up with how they plan to correct the problems, they’ll receive 2 stars. The finance manager was top notch, and made that incredibly boring process entertaining. More
