Was recently travelling from Michigan to Chicago for a memorial service when my air conditioner stopped working. Did I mention it was 99 degrees outside? Tried calling several dealerships to see if I could get anyone to look at my Pacifica on a Thursday evening. Luckily, I stumbled upon Marino Chrysler. They told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. My service technician was Jose Quezada...I swear an angel put on earth to help me through that grueling weekend. He took care of everything in a profession, courteous, and friendly manner. He even arranged a discount on an overnight rental car. By some miracle, Jose convinced the service department to squeeze my car in first thing the next morning and I was on my way before noon. This was the BEST service I could possibly imagine. It is obvious why they are the #1 dealership in the state. A thousand "thank you"s to Jose and Marino Chrysler! More
