Having never purchased a car before, Benzel Busch made it so seamless and comfortable for me. Michael Vinci and Joe Herman were both incredibly warm and knowledgable. Michael’s communication skills are excel so seamless and comfortable for me. Michael Vinci and Joe Herman were both incredibly warm and knowledgable. Michael’s communication skills are excellent, as he kept me updated during the entire process. He is honest, efficient, and committed to giving his customer the best possible experience. Fidel in service was also wonderful and ensured I had a loaner while my car was inspected and certified. Finally, Carlos in finance was patient, gave great advice, and answered all of my questions. The dealership itself is immaculate and is a very pleasant place to visit and conduct business. More
