Very professional and understanding staff. Joe Mistretta was really good at listening to my concerns. This is the second time I had a problem with my Escalade and Joe was fantastic at taking the car in and was really good at listening to my concerns. This is the second time I had a problem with my Escalade and Joe was fantastic at taking the car in and fixing it quickly. Everyone in the service dept. is extremely friendly and they come over to me while waiting to let me know how much longer and if additional items need to be serviced and than washed my dusty car.
