I want to thank Louis Cipriani, Matthew Miller, Dan Bennett, and Joseph Monica for their outstanding kindness to me on 12-18-21. My 2019 Chevrolet Spark was totaled in an accident a few weeks ago. I've known Joe for many years through the service department and told him what happened. He immediately contacted Lou, Matt, and Dan and let them know that I'm a long time, loyal Lester Glenn customer. Lou called me that same day and first made sure that we were OK after the accident, which we were. He the told me that they were there and ready when I was when it came time to replace my car. I went to Lester Glenn on 12-18 and working with these professionals was an absolute pleasure. Lou found a great car for me, and Dan and Matt worked tirelessly to work the deal that would fit my budget. I drove home in a very low mileage 2020 Chevrolet Trax.
