From when we first entered the lot and Sean began to help us we felt immediately comfortable and enjoyed the experience of selecting, test driving and ultimately purchasing our new Outback Wilderness. We never felt rushed or pressured as Sean helped us to work through the difficult decision of choosing whether to purchase a Forester Wilderness or an OBW. When it came time to meet with finance department Joey was great to work with as well, we actually even ended up enjoying filling out the paperwork to finalize the purchase. As we were leaving we met the sales manager Armando , another friendly and helpful person who further solidified our appreciation for the quality of the people who work at Bob Baker.
