I want to start by thanking the Toyota service advisors and management team for consistently providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrive to the time I leave, the staff is courteous, helpful, and attentive, and I truly appreciate that level of care. However, I am disappointed that I have to rate this experience a 4 out of 5. This is now the second service visit where I’ve received my vehicle with visible oil or grease stains on the driver-side kick panel and the painted metal door sill area. My vehicle is white, and I take pride in keeping it clean, so it’s frustrating to see these stains upon pickup. While I understand that a courtesy wash is provided, it only addresses the exterior of the vehicle and does not clean interior entry points; which are precisely where the mess occurs. It’s unfortunate that this part of the process is overlooked, as returning a vehicle in this condition does not reflect the otherwise excellent customer service I receive. I share this feedback in hopes that more attention will be given to vehicle cleanliness at the technician level. Customers should not have to clean up after a service appointment. More
