These guys are great and earned the #1 spot. I had a blown turbo still covered under warranty , and took it to a dealership an hour and a half from me. After waiting 5 days to finally look at it, concluded it was an electrical problem. Tech said there was nothing wrong with the turbo and wanted to change out the coil and plugs. Didn’t bother to extensively look at the turbo. They were not listening to what I had told them. Fuming, I picked up my car and and headed to Street VW. I had read reviews on Street and figured they’d be worth another hour and a half drive from the prior dealership. In total, 3 hours from my house. Called And spoke with Josh in service to let him know what the issue was. He listened to every word I said, which I couldn’t say for the prior dealership . Two days later he called me and told me they diagnosed the same as the prior dealership, but as they had listened to me, looked at the turbo and found it was locked up. 5 days later, the car was fixed and ready to go, as Colby had called me. These guys were willing to listen to me the customer. They were worth the drive. I recommended Street VW to all my family and friends that own VW’s. More

These guys are amazing. They took care of me when my vehicle was stolen. They worked with the Etch Tech Claims and VW Gap Claims to get it finished. John Luciano has a winning team with JJ Cuevas (Finan vehicle was stolen. They worked with the Etch Tech Claims and VW Gap Claims to get it finished. John Luciano has a winning team with JJ Cuevas (Finance) and my sales Chris Scott was amazing. They took care of me so well that they sold two cars out of the deal. We will be back for service and to put my parents in a new vehicle. Also if anyone is contemplating the ETCH to be on your vehicle....do it. I should be their poster child. I almost didn’t put it on the vehicle, I’m glad JJ talked me into it. I’ll never have another vehicle without it again. This was the difference in getting back into a new ride or not for me.
