I bought my first car there in 2009 and was happy to return for my new truck. By just asking for Joshua, the GM, I was welcomed into his office and treated as if I was a long time friend. I knew which truck I wanted and that it was at the Plano store. I gave him the information and he called the GM directly to confirm it was still there. Next he looked up my file and called in my previous salesman Rick Dike. They told me that it was still there and off to the business office we went. There, David Hill took care of getting all the info for getting approved and of course the required offer of warranties. To be honest I hate this part the most. But we got it done at a good price and acceptable payments. I was in and out in about 3 hrs. I had to come back latter to pick up the truck though. When I got there they had their Tech Team there to show me how to work the sync system and other features of the vehicle. They even have classes on the SYNC on Saturdays. I can't think of a bad part of the deal. More

This was my first experience buying from 5 Star Ford and they were extrem Over the years I have purchased from a few dealerships (Toyota, Volkswagen). This was my first experience buying from 5 Star Ford and they were extremely friendly, and very professional. I felt like Joshua really understood what we were after and cared about what we wanted. I ended up taking home a used 2014 Ford Escape and it is wonderful! Marisa was amazing and walked me through the new car features, and even synced my phone up with the car for me. If every dealership had their own Joshua and Marisa they'd sell a lot more cars! I will definitely be coming here in the future for my car buying needs and I've already recommended it to friends! More

They have a tremendous selection of vehicles, very competitive pricing, and impeccable commitment to service. I dealt with both Joshua Fichter, and Marisa Thompson. They were both very helpful, and knowledgeable. They provided me with exactly the information that I needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Most importantly, they wer advocates and not sales people. Never once did they pressure me or attempt to push me to buy. This type of experience is unheard of in today's marketplace. Quiet simply, they treated me like a friend! The great experience didn't end with them. Tut Edwards in finance was outstanding! Friendly, fun, forthright, and honest describe my experience with Tut.
