We had the most seamless & stress free experience at Toyota of Cleveland! Juan Carlos was our sales rep - he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we were happy the whole time. The car I wanted was still "in Toyota of Cleveland! Juan Carlos was our sales rep - he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we were happy the whole time. The car I wanted was still "in production" when I found it online. Juan Carlos made sure to get my contact info to alert me when the car made it to their lot. He kept me in the loop with updates on expected delivery, it ended up taking about 6 weeks. Once it arrived he had everything lined up for the paperwork process. He was NOT pushy but made sure we had all the info we needed to make our decision. Buying a new car can be a very exhausting process, but everyone at Toyota of Cleveland was on the ball. Got us in and out within a couple hours & answered all our questions before we signed anything. Huge thanks to Juan Carlos for all his help getting me into my dream car! More
