But , customer service is not too desirable. They took my Gap insurance from previous car and use it for my new loan without my knowledge. There was

There explanation it was use to lower my payment. Nothing was said on my contract about taking it. I think it was used to line their own pockets. What happened to truth and leading. Things that make you go hmmmmm.
