Overall my experience was pretty good, Ryn is a fantastic guy, very friendly, and someone I feel like I can trust. However, I don't know if it was him or the used salesman, or just Sierra Toyota as a whole. guy, very friendly, and someone I feel like I can trust. But when I bought my car it was "gold certified" so it was supposed to come with several different warranties, but I was told there was an issue with a recall so I couldn't get one of the warranties but he told me there wasn't any recalls so he didn't know why it was coming up as an error. Anyway I was informed due to the issue with the unknown recall I wouldn't be able to get one of the warranties. I told him that was an issue for me, the warranties was a huge selling point for me. I was asked if I was able to get that warranty I would continue with the purchase I said I would and I was told that I could have the warranty. While signing all the final paperwork I discovered I was bamboozled into buying an extended warranty which is not what I wanted. While it wasn't the end of the world because I still went ahead and purchased the car I was greatly disappointed that I was not told upfront and honestly that the only way to get all the warranties was though an extended warranty. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase and with Ryn again fantastic guy if I ever need a new car he's definitely the only one I'll buy from. Also I bought a Prius Prime, I was highly disappointed that it didn't come with a fully charged battery. Side note: I don't know if I was supposed to ask or how it all works but I don't know what the free maintenance (oil changes and what not) how that works I've been meaning to email Ryn but I keep forgetting. I'm also interested in finding out more information on Toyota Connect services. Like if u was supposed to get a free trial or how do I request a trial or how I sign up for that at all I wasn't provided any information on that at all. I actually didn't even know about it until the car asked me to sign in and create a profile. More

Jeff took great care of us. Called him on his day off but he still answered phone. Answered all our questions and went over minimal service. We heard it a few times not a problem but the entire crew was annoyed at hearing it for two days in a row. You have a well run lobby with a very nice staff. More
