I was talking with a lot of dealers who had a bunch of dealer installed options and charging above MSRP. I saw this truck and reached out, Gilbert was my salesman and he communicated everything along the dealer installed options and charging above MSRP. Sierra Toyota is 3 hours from my home but after dealing with the games and xx of so many dealers I gave it a shot and put a refundable deposit. It was an allocated truck and I kept expecting to get the message that they sold the truck to someone willing to pay more but nope. I just got home with my new truck and I cannot be more happy with the whole process. While talking with Gilbert doing some signing Julie from finance would come out and have me sign some papers until it was time for me to go sit with her. I was expecting the finance person to be in a suit and trying to pressure me into stuff I did not want, Julie was a ray of sunshine. This whole process was amazing and I got the truck below MSRP. Gilbert spent more time with me showing me what my truck can do and getting the app installed than I did on all the paperwork. This was not the experience I was expecting from a dealership. If you are looking for a Toyota give them shot. More
