Every vehicle my family has purchased and every service we’ve had done since 2010 has been at Sierra Toyota. This last service has been the 1st disappointment. It’s not the end of the world but I’d like to provide some feedback. The oil change resulted in a significant quantity of dirty oil on my skid plate (many previous oil changes with the same skid plate were executed without issue), which subsequently ended up in the driveway. Additionally, 2 bolts from the skid plate were removed and apparently damaged, as they were replaced with ones that did not fit the countersinks, which presents an obvious problem. Again, not the end of the world, but also not satisfactory. More
