From the beginning, Toyota of Cleveland was wonderful to work with!! I found the exact car I wanted, at a good price with low miles and inquired online late Monday evening. The next morning, Macy called me work with!! I found the exact car I wanted, at a good price with low miles and inquired online late Monday evening. The next morning, Macy called me and I told her I was highly motivated and wanted the car. And would fly in Friday am to pickup. After we got the numbers, I was set up with Demetrius aka Big D to help me finalize the sale! He was wonderful to work with! Super laid back and easy going which was so refreshing after dealing with all kinds of sales people across the southeast in search of a car! By Wednesday, the finance manager Julien was getting everything finalized for me! It was all super quick and easy. I was very upfront with Big D and Julien that I wanted to get this done quickly and easy, and they honored this! I told them I would fly in super early Friday AM and wanted to have everything ready to go as I had to get back on the road home for a 7hr drive! Demetrius was at the airport at 9a in my new car to pick me up!! He was so nice and hospitable, felt like I knew him for years. Once we got to the dealership, I signed some more paperwork and met with Julien to finalize everything while Demetrius topped my new car off with gas! Once they handed over the keys with a nice Toyota Emergency Roadside kit as a parting gift…they had me ring the bell and everyone clapped and congratulated me on my new car! I was there no more than 30 mins to get this deal done! I will be singing the praises of this dealership for many years to come! Fantastic experience all around!! More

Our overall experience was excellent. We showed up expecting to be mobbed by several of the individuals working there, but were able to walk all around the lot on our own picking out cars We showed up expecting to be mobbed by several of the individuals working there, but were able to walk all around the lot on our own picking out cars we liked - already planning on a Highlander. When we got back to the main office, we were greeted by Kenny Jones. He was very accommodating, not the least bit pushy, and rode us around to check out and try several different vehicles. He was very personable, listened to what we said and answered all our questions. After we picked the car, filled out all the paperwork (which, obviously, was the worst part with what seemed like hundreds of documents to sign), he stayed with us to ensure we had our phones pared with the new vehicle, and was very willing to help us understand the buttons and screen. Our experience with Julien Allinder went great. I was planning on not obtaining any further warranty coverage, but he explained very well what was available and all a la carte. We chose the couple we felt would benefit us the most, and the rest went smoothly. More
