My lease was up and I had to go discuss my options for keeping my car or leasing a new car. My usual sales consultant was not available since he moved over to the finance team. Thomas was my new consul keeping my car or leasing a new car. My usual sales consultant was not available since he moved over to the finance team. Thomas was my new consultant and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to find me the perfect car and worked to stay in my budget and needs. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Great service as always. More

Took vehicle in three weeks ago with a sunroof popping noise. Was informed I needed the sunroof frame replaced and rear seat latch. When bring in the car in for service Chad brought me in quick and gave me the exact time frame the car was going to be ready. Also gave me a loaner car to get to work on time. I leased TWO new 2024 TLX's 3 weeks ago and was promised new floor mats which I never received. I was also promised 6 months of Sirius radio and only received 3 months. No one has contacted me indicating th new floor mats which I never received. I was also promised 6 months of Sirius radio and only received 3 months. No one has contacted me indicating that no one cares. I am very upset and at this point do not want to have anything to do with this dealership!!! More
