Sales and finance departments were great to work with, they both made my purchase at Culver City Volvo a great experience. The used car buyer, however, low-balled me to the point of being insulting by off they both made my purchase at Culver City Volvo a great experience. The used car buyer, however, low-balled me to the point of being insulting by offering me over 10% less than by lowest trade-in offer from other dealers and almost 20% than the highest. If you want to leave with a great experience, don’t even request a trade and sell your car to one of the online car buying companies. More

Dealer did not know the car (2021 XC-40 Recharge) well and I was given incorrect information. Car is not up to date regarding software and I am left in the dark as to when it will be updated.
