First you enter the parking lot, no visible signs to guide you where the service office are. Once you enter the waiting area, again, no signs and no greeting or smile, even to ask may i help you from th guide you where the service office are. Once you enter the waiting area, again, no signs and no greeting or smile, even to ask may i help you from the lady at the entrance. No happy colors in waiting area. Very open wasted.
