Stockton and Alfred at Toyota of Cleveland always go above and beyond to make sure we get the exact vehicle we want! We have purchased several vehicles from them, including our newest addition (the Gran above and beyond to make sure we get the exact vehicle we want! We have purchased several vehicles from them, including our newest addition (the Grand Highlander) with Alfred’s help. I had been looking for the perfect size vehicle for our family for a while. Alfred truly listened to what I felt our family needed and suggested the Grand Highlander (a brand new model that I hadn’t even heard of and wasn’t even out yet). After much research and a call from Alfred to let us know there was one on the lot we could look at, I decided the Grand was the vehicle for me. Now the hunt was on to find the perfect one with the colors and features I wanted. It wasn’t long before Alfred messaged me that my perfect Grand Highlander was scheduled to be built! A few weeks later, he called to let me know it had arrived on the lot and was ready for us. He patiently walked us through the features and even the financing. He gave us time to inspect it and debate. I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service that Alfred delivered, his honesty, and his willingness to go above and beyond to help our family find the perfect vehicle for us! I love our Grand Highlander! We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Toyota of Cleveland and look forward to working with Alfred and Stockton again! More
