While looking at We were thinking about buying a new car and at the last minute decided to stop by Toyota of Cleveland on our way home from our walk. While looking at cars, Joshua Richards came over and offered to help answer any questions we had. We were impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles, his patience and the good words he had to say about the dealership. Shane DeFoor also helped and gave us a great deal. After we decided to buy our Toyota Camry, Justice Goodner did an incredible job getting all of the paperwork organized and signed (we traded in two vehicles, so it wasn't easy.) I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends. More

I went to another Toyota dealership and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of information on price or available vehicles. The other Toyota dealership was your typical song and dance when it comes to buying a car which is extremely aggravating. Justice, the gentleman that helped me, made everything so smooth. In less than an hour they had the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. The only place I will ever shop for a Toyota now is Toyota of Cleveland. More
