They provided lost of pictures, CarFax, etc. before I contacted them and after I contacted them had received some more specific pictures (without really to have to ask for them) and an offer to video walk around the car. Great Team to work with! I have now worked with Tyler and Justice on 3 deals and all three times they have been really great to work with. Anything I wanted to see or drive it I have now worked with Tyler and Justice on 3 deals and all three times they have been really great to work with. Anything I wanted to see or drive it was no questions asked. All features were pointed out to me on each of the vehicle, how they operate, and exactly what they did. Any questions I had about the vehicle I was considering they both worked together to get me the answers I needed and any paperwork that I wanted to see to compare vehicle options for. Always a great team to work with! More

Great place to buy a new or used car. Jason, Justic, Justin and Alfred Polk did an amazing job getting me into a quality used car. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. Hands down, this is the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a car dealership. We would recommend them to everyone even thinking about buying a vehicle. They listened to our needs and wants a have ever had with a car dealership. We would recommend them to everyone even thinking about buying a vehicle. They listened to our needs and wants and exceeded those by leaps and bounds. Justice is the best of the best salesman. Cindy was super in explaining all the details of the paperwork and just a joy to work with. Justin worked with all our needs to help in the process and Shane had our backs all along the way. Thank you over and over for this great experience. More

Great Experience We knew the 4-runner we we were wanting to purchase, we were looking for the best price and best customer service group to work with on our purchase. We knew the 4-runner we we were wanting to purchase, we were looking for the best price and best customer service group to work with on our purchase. Toyota of Cleveland provided both. We reached out with an internet search and was promptly contacted by Nathan Walker. He provided all of the information we requested, as well as pictures, of the vehicle we were interested in. Once we went to "test drive" the 4-runner, we worked with Justice Goodner. We considered 2 different 4-runners and he answered all of our questions about both. Once we decided on the one we wanted, Justice was with us throughout the entire purchasing process. The entire staff were extremely friendly and made us feel as though they appreciated our business. From start to finish this was a terrific experience and I got the vehicle I've always wanted! More
