Rene has sold us our last three Mercedes and just sold our son his first Merc. He’s basically FAMILY now. His professionalism and knowledge of MERCEDES BENZ is top-notch. Eddy Elsayed was Very friendly personable and really liked how I was treated. Did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle . Best sales person I have dealt with. Since you get off of your car at Walter’s Mercedes-Benz in Riverside, you are greeted with respect and professionalism. You feel comfortable walking in and looking around. There is no uncomfortable moments in Riverside, you are greeted with respect and professionalism. You feel comfortable walking in and looking around. There is no uncomfortable moments with any of the sales persons. I had the pleasure to buy my first Mercedes with sales associate Peter Tecson. I contacted him prior to buying the car and he made a video of the car explaining all the bells and whistles of the car. Besides Peter’s professionalism, he listened and understood what i was looking for in my first Mercedes. His personality and sense of humor made the time and the purchase process easier and comfortable.
