He showed me the Ford F-150 trucks that were advertised on their website that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, attentive and accommodating. I never felt pressured to buy. They had a lot of options and colors to choose from. After deciding on which new truck I wanted, it came down to the numbers and getting a great deal. Justin McCarroll put together a great deal that made me happy. David Barragan (business manager) got me great options on financing to choose from. All in all, it was an awesome experience buying the new truck I wanted. I would recommend Michael Chenarides and Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I drove many miles to get there but they went the extra mile with their service to get me in my new Ford F-150! More

Best car buying experience to date thanks to Chris Krause! Chris Krause was just a pleasure to work with to find my fiancé a new car. Right from the get-go I felt comfortable as I was looking around the car lo Chris Krause was just a pleasure to work with to find my fiancé a new car. Right from the get-go I felt comfortable as I was looking around the car lot with Chris. He never once, through the entire process, made me feel like he was selling me something or pressuring me to make a decision. Felt like I was car shopping with a friend who listened to what I wanted and made sure it checked every box on my list, including the price. I have purchased a dozen or more cars in my lifetime. 4 from Sam Pack's Ford including my 1st truck when I was 16 to my brand new F-150 Lariat. Chris takes the cake of best salesman I've purchased from. I true blessing for him to cross my path. So honest, humble, helpful and most importantly, went above and beyond for me. I mean he was as excited as I was when the deal was done making the post purchase feeling even better of an experience. Guys like Christopher Krause are a needle in a haystack. You just don't run across true humble and kind people like that anymore. I'm not sure I will ever buy a car from anyone else other than Chris for the rest of my life. I will follow him wherever he goes if he were to ever leave, he is just that good. If you have never bought a car before or are nervous about the whole process, take my advice and find Christopher Krause. You won't regret it. I hope Sam Pack doesn't let this guy go or tarnish his character. He is what got me to buy, not the dealership, not the deals, not the car, him. He made sure I was taken care of and made me feel like the whole car buying experience was like a celebration. Not one stressful or uncomfortable moment. Many thanks Chris. Never change! As far as the finance department, Michael Pisarik was great! He made this car buying experience the quickest I've ever gone through without paying cash. 5 stars to both. Lastly, a big thank you to Christopher's manager, Justin, who approved Chris' request to let me take the car home and trusting me with it. If I hadn't been able to take the car home, I'm not sure the purchase would have come to fruition and the relationship built. They offered a number of services for free including window tinting, rubber mats, detailing (inside and outside) and a free tank of gas that complete in several hours. Mistakes happen. My wife and I were very pleased with their response to make us happy. The next Ford we lease will be through Sam Pack's Five Star Ford-Carrollton. More
