We purchased a Honda Pilot in May, 2020 and would describe the process and experience as average. Our saleswoman did well and we have no complaints on her performance. Our contact with the finance staff and overall performance of the dealership was average. Our two offers on the vehicle we ultimately purchased were denied as the dealership reported they had already priced the vehicle at a loss. Fair enough, and considering it was a cash deal they probably were not to eager to discount an already good price when they knew no money would be made on financing the purchase. But, it was obvious he was not at all interested in compromising or entertaining the idea of a compromise. The vehicle was clean but they never provided a full tank of gas when we drove away from the lot after having spent $30k. To me, that is poor customer service and something you expect from a large dealer or retail business that defines its customers by quantity rather than quality. Great customer service is hard to find and something Wilde didn’t have during our experience. I would buy from them again if they had a great deal (Honda’s sell themselves) but would look elsewhere first. More

Syed was fantastic!!!! I’ve bought/leased at least a dozen vehicles in my lifetime, and without question, I can say that Syed is best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I didn’t feel like I was just being dozen vehicles in my lifetime, and without question, I can say that Syed is best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I didn’t feel like I was just being sold a car. I felt he was honest, upfront, knowledgeable, friendly, and actually had my best interest in mind. I have his business card and he will be the first person I call in a few years when we are looking for another vehicle. Karen was equally wonderful. Again, she absolutely had our best interest in mind as customers as well. By the time we met with her the sale was going to happen regardless of anything she said yet she still made us feel like our business mattered and was very thorough in everything she did. Buying a vehicle (or in our case leasing) can be somewhat overwhelming especially when you get to a certain price point. But she talked everything through with us and made sure we understood everything and her personality and laughter was much appreciated. Thank you, Max Schmidt More
