I'm generally very pleased with the services here. Advisors were all friendly but the service men or technicians who work on your car in the back (who you don't see) never pump enough amount of air in Advisors were all friendly but the service men or technicians who work on your car in the back (who you don't see) never pump enough amount of air into my tires when this is part of the maintainance service they say on the paperwork they provide. I think they simply reset the tire pressure indicator and let you go so they can save time and work on next customer's car. Everytime after I leave the parking lot, my tire pressure light would come on in about 20 minutes and I have to always get it done at gas station. This issue has always been the same for the last over 10 years and should be definately brought up to the upper management to address on. More

I had an appointment for an oil change and regular service. It took 2 hours, at least half an hour longer than it should have. I did not receive updates on status so after two hours I had to ask abo service. It took 2 hours, at least half an hour longer than it should have. At this point the service reps who check people in appeared to be sitting around. I think you can improve the process for getting cars done within a reasonable time when people have appointments and to better use the service people to get the “paperwork” done in a more timely basis.
