Delayed satisfaction After purchasing a new 230 BMW problems arose which could not be diagnosed. After waiting several weeks I exchanged the 230 for an X1. Corporate coul After purchasing a new 230 BMW problems arose which could not be diagnosed. After waiting several weeks I exchanged the 230 for an X1. Corporate could not diagnose the problem. It took approximately one month for BMW corporate to compensate the dealership to make the vehicle exchange happen. I have no complaint with Ferman but feel that BMW corporate took too long to address this problem. After leasing at least 13 BMWs I don’t feel that BMW corporate treated me as the loyal customer that I am. I think this issue should have been resolved much quicker. I think Ferman did everything it could but needed more cooperation from BMW corporate. Special thanks to Alexis, Paul and Karl for being so helpful. More

A Truly Exemplary Experience! I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. Awesome Team! I was in a very bad spot with my car. I was upside down and repairs were stacking up. Still Going Back I`ve been dealing with Fermans for many years, in fact one of the managers at BMW Ferman Karl (Alvarez) on his very first day as a salesman 25 years a I`ve been dealing with Fermans for many years, in fact one of the managers at BMW Ferman Karl (Alvarez) on his very first day as a salesman 25 years ago approached my daughter and myself asking if he could help us, I could see he was a little nervous, first day, first sale, so I put my arm around him and said "Don`t worry we can do this". Times have changed, we`ve moved on to Gainesville, but one thing has`nt Karl is still sorting out sweet cars for us to drive. So now off we go to Palm Harbor for our car buying ritual, now we also have Brian (Gaines) helping us out and he has been doing this for 5/6 years now, he in turn makes it more of a day out for us, tucking in too the great food provided, great coffee, dare I even use the word fun, always seem to have a good time. BUYING A CAR! who would have thought it. This weekend I`ve bought another car. Love it, A milestone weekend as well now even my grandson Elliott has bought his first BMW an i.8 car (ok Mum did hes only 7) and it was a remote car, but he was with us and enjoyed himself, what more can you ask. I think its fair to say staff staying at a job that long, it got to say something. I`m pleased too call these guys my friends, thats how I like to do business with friends. More
