"PRICELESS CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND A GREAT EXPERIENCE" I went to Ferman because of a reference through my employer's perks. Not sure what I wanted nor what would happen. I wanted to get a used car but wasn I went to Ferman because of a reference through my employer's perks. Not sure what I wanted nor what would happen. I wanted to get a used car but wasn't sure it would go thru with the bank, if you know what I mean. However, the finance guy made it happen for me. I don't remember his name, but I called him "pretty boy" as he is a very handsome young man! While we were there waiting, me and my granddaughter, Dan, my sales person, took great care of us. The waiting area was clean, and it had plenty of snacks and drinks available. The best part was that they have an area for kids, so my grandbaby was entertained and did not asked me once if we were done yet. ;-) So I went home with my new vehicle, and when I got there, my husband got very upset with me because I did not consulted him before I agreed to purchase the vehicle. He does not like car payments!!! But I wanted a newer car with more up to date features. He was so mad at me that he was ready to divorce me! So on Monday morning, I went to see Karl Alvarez to see what he could do to help me., because I loved the new car, but I love my husband more!!! As I sat in his office, he took the time to listen to my dilemma, even though it wasn't his problem that I chose to not consult my husband. His reply to me was, "Don't worry! We will make right and we'll do what we have to. But the sale of a car is not worth a broken relationship!" I was shocked when I heard that, as again, it wasn't his problem. He told me to call my husband and ask him what will make him happy. My husband went with me 2 days later to talk to Karl. He listened to my husband and they got to an agreement! I got to keep my newer car and my husband too! To me, that was priceless!!!! No other dealership that I have ever dealt with really could not give a c*** about my life or problems as long as they got the sale. But at Ferman BMW they are not like that! They care about the whole customer experience from beginning to end, including saving a marriage! When ever I am ready to buy that brand new BMW, I promised Karl that I will come back to them!!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART TO DAN MACDONALD, MY SALES PERSON, JARED WHITE, AND TO KARL ALVAREZ FOR THE PRICELESS COMMITMMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More

Pleasantly surprised I first went to Ferman 3 years ago. It was a horrible experience all the way around. People at gas stations would approach me as i was gassing my car I first went to Ferman 3 years ago. It was a horrible experience all the way around. People at gas stations would approach me as i was gassing my car to relay their horror stories about the dealership. In February it was time to get another car. I searched for 3 weeks and finally the car i wanted showed up a Ferman. I had no choice. From the moment i arrived the changes were evident. This new staff offers a kindness i had never seen there before. It is kept a lot cleaner than it was 3 years ago, employees who don't have to speak to me do so anyways in an over the top friendly manner, and i find handwritten thank you notes in my car waiting for me after service. 3 years ago i had work done and my car was returned 2 me stalling out at traffic lights and emitting white smoke from my exhaust. When i addressed this with the old staff I was given a brush off. Yesterday was my 1st true service visit on the new car. I have a service warranty and was afraid that might lead to sub par service. Untrue! They care for my car as if i were spending the thousands of dollars it takes to maintain a twin turbo 750. I love my preowned 750. I enjoy my time at Ferman, and i truly like the staff. Thank you Ferman. More

Absolutely the best experience ever!!! AlexWolf was excellent. He searched thoroughly and found the car I wanted. Answered all questions.. kept me comfortable n a difficult situation. Delayed satisfaction After purchasing a new 230 BMW problems arose which could not be diagnosed. After waiting several weeks I exchanged the 230 for an X1. Corporate coul After purchasing a new 230 BMW problems arose which could not be diagnosed. After waiting several weeks I exchanged the 230 for an X1. Corporate could not diagnose the problem. It took approximately one month for BMW corporate to compensate the dealership to make the vehicle exchange happen. I have no complaint with Ferman but feel that BMW corporate took too long to address this problem. After leasing at least 13 BMWs I don’t feel that BMW corporate treated me as the loyal customer that I am. I think this issue should have been resolved much quicker. I think Ferman did everything it could but needed more cooperation from BMW corporate. Special thanks to Alexis, Paul and Karl for being so helpful. More

Robert (sales) is extremely thorough, giving just the right amount of detail, and made sure things moved smoothly throughout the transaction. The tech guys were super helpful in their walkthrough of the car's various technologies. Finance was presented very clearly and efficiently. Great that the sales manager took time to check in on us more than once. Great group, happy to now have my second vehicle from Ferman BMW. More

Great Car Buying Experience! Gary Mack BMW Client Sales Rep was wonderful to work with during my new BMW purchase! He answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy a New Beamer! Gary gave me time to process all options and make a decision on my own without any pressure! Karl Alvarez is finance manager and he was very fair giving me great value on my trade in. Bobby Haines explained all paperwork thoroughly before I signed documents! Toby helped set me up in my new car before driving away. He went thru all details of the car before I left the dealership! The Ferman BMW Team made buying a new car a Great experience! A Truly Exemplary Experience! I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. At 37,000 miles rhey are borh almost due for replacement. Thank you to the entire Ferman BMW team! More

Awesome Team! I was in a very bad spot with my car. I was upside down and repairs were stacking up. Robert and Karl both stepped up and helped me when other dealers I was in a very bad spot with my car. I was upside down and repairs were stacking up. Robert and Karl both stepped up and helped me when other dealers wouldnt give me the time of day. They got me out frome under my old car and into a brand new car that I am absolutely in love with. I would highly recommend Ferman BMW for future car buyers. More
