What should have been a 5 Star experience was downgraded due to failure to reset Scheduled Maint Required msg after serving. Not sure why I was told that I had a nail in my tire, and then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. Prior to me accepting the replacement, the car was placed back in the parki then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. Prior to me accepting the replacement, the car was placed back in the parking without me having being shown the nail. When I checked for the nail I could not find it, neither could the person assisting me with it. Shouldn’t I have at least been shown where this nail was located prior to placing it back in the parking slot at C9? More

The customer service was great and everyone was nice. I didn’t have an appointment and they still got me in. The only thing is they didn’t do the inspection on my truck like normal. Katie was wonderful. I enjoy bringing my car in and working with Katie Fuller. Always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy dropping my car off and catching the shuttle ba I enjoy bringing my car in and working with Katie Fuller. Always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy dropping my car off and catching the shuttle back to work and having it worked on during the day while I am at work. Picking it up when I get off at 5pm and heading home. Can't beat that service More
