Worst experience I have ever had. They were the only dealer I have ever been to that has tried to extort extra money out of a customer BEFORE they even do the service on a car. If a dealership cannot afford to pay their employees while waiting on a reputable Warranty Company to pay a claim they should not be in business. Not to mention they tried to charge $750 MORE than another Toyota dealer down the road. Todd was rude and tried to question my intelligence multiple times. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I had to have my truck towed to a dealer who actually puts the customers experience first. The only way they would service my truck is if I paid them $2,250 before the work was done. Only to tell me the only way I could get a refund is if the Warranty company pays their obnoxiously over priced service bill. Which was 4 grand more than the second dealer I took the vehicle to. Will never be there again. Not to mention the 1st time I brought the truck in it was misdiagnosed and they let me leave in a faulty truck. Their explanation for this was “we cannot take the time to find an issue on every car that comes in, we let you leave and wait till the issue comes back then we will do a true diagnosis” which is a terrible way to run a business. My 2023 Rav4 XSE Hybrid was having random issues with front viewing camera (one above the rearview mirror) which was causing several random safety faults with the vehicle. Back in May, I met Simon Chan front viewing camera (one above the rearview mirror) which was causing several random safety faults with the vehicle. Back in May, I met Simon Chan when I brought my Rav4 in for 30K service. I decided to stick with him and build a relationship with him on service versus seeing other service writers on every visit that I make. Simon has been great and I appreciate working with him. The shop was able to definitively diagnose the issue to be the front camera and replaced it. So far, I have driven the car for 30 minutes without issues. Previously, after 10 - 15 minutes, the car would start to display safety system errors. So far so good and hoping it will stay that way. More
