Not sure why I was told that I had a nail in my tire, and then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. Prior to me accepting the replacement, the car was placed back in the parki then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. When I checked for the nail I could not find it, neither could the person assisting me with it. Unfortunately, Cobb County Toyota’s service adviser did not add that to the service. 2,000 miles later, the truck was diagnosed with needing a new transmission torque converter. Research indicates that low transmission fluid can cause issues with the converter. The estimate for the new torque converter is about $4,000. We are not very happy. More
