I am a customer with Rallye for close to 25 years. Leased an Acura, many BMW's and various Mercedes cars. Just in October came out of a 4 year lease on GLB250. Did not have any problems, decided to l Leased an Acura, many BMW's and various Mercedes cars. Just in October came out of a 4 year lease on GLB250. Did not have any problems, decided to lease another 2025 GLB250. From day 5 have problems with it. Every time shift gears I hear a loud BANG from under the car, I drive and can hear a bang as well, I park the car - a bang again. When I drive 34-35 miles I can hear a very loud high pitch coming from the car. I took the car to Rallye service and after 2 days was told ' there is nothing wrong with the car. The Forman said nothing is wrong, and his boss the service manager told me the same and added this problems are on every Mercedes model. He is kidding me, the GLC300 loner they game me had no problems what so ever, the GLB250 the manager and I took for a test drive had no problems either. Not sure what this people trying to do or what they are covering here I wrote the General manager and did not get a reply. I will wait a few days, and I do intent to ask the Rallye CEO and the General Manager if they agree with their people's assessment??? I also plan to get in touch with Mercedes USA headquarters and find out why am I having so many problems with the car. I am extremely dissapointed in the folks at Rallye. I never had problems like that. I am STRONGLY recommending nobody should buy or lease cars from this outfit. More

Horrible experience, car was there for days, we didn’t have a loaner as we thought this would be a 2 day fix. Took forever picked up car same problem happened 5 minutes for dealership. Katie had advised have a loaner as we thought this would be a 2 day fix. Took forever picked up car same problem happened 5 minutes for dealership. Katie had advised it was checked out a few times. My wife and Katie apparently argued and she was given a loaner and the car was there for a lengthy time before it was fixed. We are both quite disappointed. More
