I have Never had the experience I’ve had with my sales rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make sure I was satisfied he went beyond the call of duty and was genuinely concerned about my happiness and satisfaction I have purchased other Mercedes from different locations that Percy made me feel like a valued customer and for that I will continue to be a Mercedes owner forever, I was previously a Lexus owner nothing, against Lexus car however to me service means everything, However customer satisfaction means more, trust me I have given Percy/ Mercedes many challenges and they have exceeded my expectations. I have also communicated with the general sales manager Keith Nichols and he went beyond and above to make sure that I was satisfied, also called me back to make sure my concerns were addressed which they were , I am very pleased and happy with my purchase, my dealership, my sales person, and the team at Silver Spring Mercedes. I look forward to doing business with them for a very very long time. More

Chevist Mitchell was an excellent representative! He took the time to listen to my needs and at the end of my visit I was able to walk away with a new vehicle. I was at the end of my lease and just so took the time to listen to my needs and at the end of my visit I was able to walk away with a new vehicle. I was at the end of my lease and just so happens that there was a car on the showroom floor that was available. After expressing interest in the car, Chevist guided me through the financial process. Quite possibly the most unprofessional dealership I have encountered, especially amongst luxury brands. A true detriment to the Mercedes brand. Did deal through MBUSA.com website, including pre-approval thr encountered, especially amongst luxury brands. A true detriment to the Mercedes brand. Dealer then raised price $4000 and sold to another party while travel arrangements were being arranged to pick up vehicle. True bait and switch. Jim Elefantis GM response was "first come first serve" until last minute. Caused unnecessary credit change as well as cost for wire transfer etc. Stay Away! More
